For dental clinics in the Philippines

Run the whole clinic from one screen.

DentalCloud keeps bookings, patient records, dental charting and billing in one place — so the front desk stops juggling a notebook, a chat inbox and a filing cabinet.

A 30-minute call, on Zoom or in your clinic. No card, no commitment.

The DentalCloud day calendar showing three dentists' columns with appointments, and a patient preview card listing an allergy and an outstanding balance.

Why clinics move

The admin is the part that hurts.

  • Appointments live in a notebook, so nobody can check the day from home — and two patients end up in the same chair.
  • Charts are on paper, which means one copy, in one building, that cannot be searched.
  • Bookings arrive by Messenger at 11pm and get copied across by hand the next morning, or not at all.
  • Nobody is quite sure what came in today until someone counts the drawer.

What it does

Six things, all of them working today.

Patients book themselves in

Your own booking page, a QR code for the door, and Messenger. Every route lands in the same calendar, checked against the same opening hours.

The health form fills itself in

A link or a QR code sends the medical history to the patient's phone, signed on screen before they arrive. It lands on their record, not in a tray.

A column per dentist

See the whole day across every chair. Double-booking is blocked by the system, not by whoever is watching the book.

Records that warn you

Search by name or mobile number. Allergies and medical alerts sit at the top of the record, where the dentist sees them before picking up a handpiece.

Charting on an odontogram

Mark a surface, not a sentence. Your own list of conditions and colours, and every chart keeps its earlier versions.

You know what today took in

Invoices, payments and expenses as they happen, a cash count that closes the day, and a dashboard that shows the week without anyone building a spreadsheet.

Being built next: automatic recall for patients due a check-up, SMS alongside Messenger, and printed treatment plans. We would rather list six things that work than sixteen that might.

Built here, for here

The details a foreign system gets wrong.

Most practice software is built for somewhere else and patched for everywhere. These are not settings; they are the way it works.

Senior and PWD discounts, calculated properly
A mandated 20% off the line, with the ID number recorded against it — because RA 9994 and RA 10754 require the ID on the receipt, not just the discount.
Philippine time, with no clock changes
Everything is worked out at UTC+8. Nothing shifts an appointment by an hour twice a year because a library assumed daylight saving.
Pesos, to the centavo
Every amount is held as a whole number of centavos and totalled on the server, so a bill cannot drift by a few centavos or be altered from a browser.
Patients book where they already are
Messenger, through your own clinic Page. Most Philippine clinics get more bookings in chat than through any web form, and pretending otherwise loses appointments.
Records kept for fifteen years
Clinical notes and charts cannot be deleted by anyone, including us. A correction is a new version with the old one intact — which is what DOH retention actually asks for.
Teeth numbered the way you were taught
FDI notation throughout, and the system refuses to record an incisal surface on a molar.

Data privacy

Your patients' records are your patients' records.

  • Built to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). HIPAA-aligned in how it is engineered — we do not claim HIPAA compliance, which is a US arrangement requiring a signed agreement we do not have.
  • Each clinic's records are walled off from every other clinic's — checked in three separate places, every time anything is read.
  • Clinical records cannot be deleted, only corrected, and the earlier version stays readable.
  • Messages to patients carry no clinical detail — a name and a time, never a diagnosis or a procedure. Anything sent through a chat platform has left our hands, so nothing clinical is put there.

Getting started

We set it up with you. It is not a sign-up form.

A clinic's price list, schedule and staff are particular to that clinic. Handing you an empty system and wishing you luck is how software ends up unused.

A call

Half an hour. You show us how the clinic runs now; we show you the system and say plainly whether it fits.

We build your clinic in it

Your branches, dentists, opening hours, procedure list and prices, and your health form matched to the paper one you already use.

We train the front desk

In person or on a call, with your own data in front of them. That is the day it starts saving anybody time.

Book a demo

See it with your own clinic in mind.

Tell us a little about the practice and we will get back to you to arrange a time.

  • Alvin replies within one working day.
  • A real walkthrough of the working system, not a slide deck.
  • No card, and nothing is installed on your computers.
  • If it is not right for your clinic, we will tell you on the call.
