Privacy notice
Last updated 23 September 2026
This notice covers people who visit mydentalcloud.com and fill in the demo form. It is short because we collect very little.
It does not cover patient records. If you are a patient of a clinic that uses DentalCloud, your records belong to that clinic. The clinic decides what happens to them and is the one to ask; we only hold them on the clinic's instructions, under a separate written agreement with that clinic. Please contact your clinic directly.
Who we are
DentalCloud is practice management software for dental clinics in the Philippines. For the demo form on this website, DentalCloud is the personal information controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
The Data Protection Officer's name, email and postal address must be filled in here, and the DPO registered with the National Privacy Commission. This notice is not finished until that is real. Registered business name and address go here too.
What we collect, and why
If you fill in the demo form, we collect the clinic name, your name, your mobile number, your email address, roughly how many dentists work there, and your city or municipality.
We use it for one thing: to contact you about a demo and to prepare for that conversation. Knowing the size and location of your clinic before the call means we can say honestly whether the software fits.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete the record.
We also keep the wording of the consent you agreed to and the time you submitted the form, so that we can show what you were told.
Our web host records the IP address of requests to this site, as every web server does, and we use that only to stop the form being flooded with automated submissions.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
- We do not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party cookies on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to.
- We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list. If you tell us no, that is the end of it.
Who can see it
The demo form goes into a private store that only DentalCloud staff can read. It is held on Google Cloud infrastructure in Singapore, which is Google's closest region to the Philippines; Google acts as our processor and does not use the contents for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
- If you become a customer — your contact details move into the clinic's account and are kept for as long as that clinic uses DentalCloud.
- If you do not — we delete the enquiry after 12 months.
- If you ask us to delete it sooner — we do, within 30 days.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you may ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, get a copy in a portable form, object to how it is used, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will act within 30 days. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and stored server-side; the store is closed to public reads by rule, not by obscurity. Access is limited to staff who need it.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use details you have already given us, we will contact you before it takes effect.
